Return and Refunds Policy
To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not be damaged in any way by the customer during the time the item is in the customer's possession
Returns Policy Terms & Conditions (Including 30 day Return)
In order to organised a return under these terms and conditions, You must notify Office Copier Production via the Office Copier Production Help Center within 30 days of taking delivery of Your Product and request a return under this Policy. You must comply with the directions of Office Copier Production staff in order to facilitate Your return.
To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must be in their original packaging, and must not be damaged in any way by You during the time the Product is in Your possession. The Product is deemed to be in Your possession until the Product is received by Us pursuant to this Policy. The 30 day period within which You are eligible to make a return under this Policy commences on the date that You accept delivery of Your Product.
Replacement & Refund
At Office Copier Production we are committed to quality products and gaining your highest satisfaction.
We welcome feedback, both positive and negative as this will help us provide a better service and product in the future. If we are not aware of a problem we cannot rectify it.
If you are dissatisfied with your order, you can request for a prompt replacement or refund within 2 business days of receipt of package. Refund will be credited in the full amount of item prices, excluding shipping charges, and in the same form as the original payment type. Item replacement will be arranged at no cost.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This only applies to incorrect and/or faulty item(s) upon receipt. We do not keep inventory therefore we cannot accept returns. Plausible reason must be given
